Help on back to back printing of DS 156 form

Hi,
Need help on printing downloaded DS-156 application form. Instructions says, application form should be printed back to back but does not say anything about on which edge printer needs to flip the page; short edge or long edge. Appreciate if anyone who has printed this form in the past could tell me the right way of printing.
