DS-160 Visa class B

In DS-160 from when selecting Visa class there are two options under visa category B.
1) Tourism/ Medical treatment B2
2) Personal/Business B1.
When sponsoring visa for my parents and in-laws which one should I select 1 or 2 or Both .
