Mistake while taking an appointment

Hi ,
First we took appointment for my parents in sep 2005.while filling the information we put moms birth place incorrectly.
Later we cancel the appointment and took another on same date.DOES THIS EFFECT ANYTHING??
I AM IN BIG CONFUSE.....

help me in this issue...

From your post, it sounds like you have already have got second appointment with correct birth date. In that case, there should not be any problem.
