help with I-131

My wife is currently on B-2 visa in US and were are about to file the I-485 and I-131 together. On I-131 does she need to apply for advance parole or re-entry permit if she wants to travel outside US while the case is still pending.

Yes she has to apply for I-131, because she should not leave the U.S while the I-485 is pending, otherwise she needs to apply for travel document to re-enter U.S. , non-immigrant visa (like B-2) should be still valid when applying for such.

i understand she has to file I-131 but my question is that "will be asking for advance parole"
