Hi I need that somebody advice me.... what I can do... I got married in march so I just been married for like 5 months now I applied for the adjustment of status right away after we got married, I just got my Employment Autorization card and Im waiting for the advance parole and waiting to see if I get approved for the green card. My concern is I love my husband but he is been treating me really bad not to the point of hitting me but he is really hurting my feelings saying alot of mean stuff to me and kicking me out of the house whenever he is mad for something or when I not approve something that he did, I just cant take it anymore Im so sad and this situation distroying me inside but I cant come back to my country I quit everything there to come over here, my family even help us with the money to start a business here because he lost everything with the past resesion so everything that I have is here now... I want to get divorse but I dont want to be denied by uscis for getting divorsein such a short period of time... I need your help... what I can do?
