Delay in receiving Passports from US Embassy
Hi Every one,
My Parents attended for Tourist Visa with US Consulate on 21st July 2011.The VO has granted them Visa and they were told that they will receive their PP with in 4 working days to the address mentioned while lodging application.We have selected HAL (Hold at Location) option to collect PP. Already it's been 15 days now and still we see the message "Your Passport is under process at U.S Embassy/Consulate."Tired checking the VFS passport tracking website and called 01260-6611411 to know the status,their reply was "We Have No Idea as this was held with Consulate".
Can any one help us whom to contact in this regard and it would be of great help if any one could provide mail id of the concerned authorities...
