Visitor visa appointment Question

Hi,

I am trying to take an appointment at Hyderabad consulate for mother under visitor visa. However I am unable to find the dates at HYD consulte in Telugu.I found couple of dates available at chennai consulate. To proceed futher do I need to complete a new DS 160 with Tamila Nadu as state of Residency or Can I proceed with current DS 160 (where state of Residency selected as Hyderabad)

Please advise..

As per my knowledge, yu should submit DS160 again by selecting Chennai consulate. With that confirmation code only, you can book appointment with Chennai consulate.
