B2 - Vistors visa for Newborn

Hi,
My husband and myself are residing in Canada on a Work Visa. We have Indian Citizenship. I flew down to india to have my baby. My newborn is also an Indian Citizen. Now i wish to apply B2 visa for my baby(My husband and myself have it for 10 Yrs). I want to know if i can apply it in India itself or i have to apply only from my residing country, ie, Canada.
