Re-entry on Tourist Visa

Hi,

My mother left the country today but I would like to bring her back to US after 20 days. She has stayed here for nearly 3 months.

When she returns around Aug 20th, she will be here for about a month and would like to go back by Sept 20th.

Will there be a problem for her to re-enter the country on tourist visa within a month's time. Her first visit was by herself but when she returns back on Aug 20th, she will be accompanied by my father as well.

I'm not fully aware of the recent improvements or rules for re-entry and would like to know about this. She is here purely to spend time with me and she is not doing any baby sitting or equivalent while she is here.

As it is very subjective, it is hard to say whether she will have any problem or not.

I am in similar situation , mine i think is bit more complicated my mother stayed in US for 4 months coming to UK for 2 weeks and going back to US will stay there for only couple of months but she is not goin to her home country in between, I am really anxious about it ,
