  • Re-entry on visitors visa

    Hi

My parents have 10 years multiple entry visitors visa. They are coming to US for the first time in August 2011 and will be leaving the country in October 2011. I am pregnant and my due date is in the first week of February 2012. So my parents are planning to visit me again in February.

Since this is a short interval between their 2 visits, will they be in trouble at the port of entry? When they come again in February should they show any medical records indicating that their daughter is delivering a baby and needs their support? Kindly let me know. Any helpful information is appreciated.

    Thanks!

They should not show any documents related to your pregnancy. They can't come to the U.S. on tourist visa to be nurse/babysitter/domestic help.

Tourist visa is for tourism and that is how they should show.
