Hello,
I am on Work Permit in Canada and my wife is on dependant visitor visa. My Workpermit expires in mid sep. I have applied for visitor US visa for both of us around aug month end. I wanted to have a vacation before my WP expires. I have already applied for WP extension in canada.
DO you think i have a good chance of getting US visitor visa if i show my work documents, salary etc. I have a PR processing going on currently. So are these documents good enough or should i cancel the appointment and reschedule it after i get my WP extended. Also if i do the rescheduling, i do not have a valid visa but just WP with me.
Please advise what should i be doing ?
