I have a question, my mother visited here in the US back in '98 and stayed here for 6 months, then she went back to the Philippines. It has been awhile that she didn't visit me again and, I would like her to come and visit to the US. She said that her passport is expired. She had a multiple entry status. My question is..will she be able to use the multiple entry status once her passport is renewed? Or, she will have to get another visa again from the Consulate. Please reply. Thank you!

She needs to apply for a fresh passport and also appear for a visitor visa interview to get a new visitor visa from the consulate.
