Thank you immihelp for all your answers to my questions.
I have sponsored 4 people in course of 4 years. How should enter their names in the form? Using the fillable form, only two names and dates can be accomodated. Should I attach a separate sheet of paper or can I just write the names followed by dates like
"Mrs xxxx xxxxxxx - 02-09-1999, Mrs yyy yyyy - 02-08-2000
Mrs aaa bbbbbb - 04-20-2001 , Mrs. xxx xxxxx -2-28-2002 "

Yes, attach separate sheet. And on that sheet, write the question number next to the answer so that they know what this information is for.
