For visa interview -

1) Let me know how many fotos are required ?

2) Do we also need to paste one photo on the DS-156 form ?

1. Only 1 is required. Though it's a good idea to keep 3-4 extra copies for that just in case situation

2. Yes you need to paste/staple one photo on DS-156
