B2 VISA application freequency

Hi,

I am in the process of getting B2 VISAs for my parents and in-laws . My in laws tried to process the VISA with Chennai consulate under my sponsorship but they were rejected with 214-B. My questions are

1) whats is the safe wait time to process the VISA for my parents
2) whats is the safe wait time to process the VISA for my in-laws again.

Your help is really appreciated.

As long as you can show that you have money to sponsor many people at the same time, there is no problem.
