10 yr multiple entry B1 US Visa - what next?

I have a 10 yr multiple entry B1 Visa for US. I made my trip to Florida for a week for Business purposes last month and everything went smooth.

Now my question is There is no mention of my company name anywhere on the visa - So even if I leave this company, can I travel to US on business purposes anytime in the next 10 years using the same visa? What documents would I need to carry then?

Also can I travel on personal reason with this visa? If yes, what do I need to do? Or is everything dependent on the immigration officer?

Yes, you can use. If you look closely, it would say B1/B2. B1 is for business and B2 is for tourist.
