Hi All,
I had filled and sent the I-134, Affidavit of Support last month (March 05) for my mother-in-law's visitor's visa. My status then was H-1B and my wife's was H-4.
Both our Green Card got approved recently. My mother-in-law's interview is begining of next week.
My question is if my mother-in-law should mention at the begining of the interview that both myself and my wife's green card has been approved and show the I-797 approval notice? Would it make a difference in her getting a visa?
My mother-in-law is applying (and travelling) alone as my father-in-law could not get the required leave from his work.
Please advise as quickly as possible.
Thanks.
