Hi,
I am working on L1B visa. My visa got expired in June this year. My company applied for visa extension but that's under initial review since 2 months and 1 week. My wife had L2, she traveled to India towards end of may. We planned to apply for L2 visa for her in India once my L1 extension is approved and travel back to US. Its been more than 3 months now. I have my project here till December end. Can we apply for visitor visa (B2) for her for 4 months (September to December this year) ? Can there be any complications during visa interview ?
Any help is highly appreciated.
