Dependents on B1 Visa

I have been to US a number of times on B1/L1 and currently working in India. Since I do keep coming to US quite frequently for business visits would like to know if I can get a dependent visa for my wife as well.
If not a dependent visa, what are the other visa categories she can look forward to..

Depend's on your current visa

It would depend on what is your current visa. If you are on B1, then your wife would need to get a tourist visa. Or if you are currently on L1, then you should be able to get L2 easily for her.

So how does she need to apply for the tourist visa? With a reference to my visa? And any ideas how easy is it to get such visas.
