got the enligh language interview for telugu speaking

My mother in law got earlier visa appt. in english language, she cannot speak eanglish, so can she ask for telugu translator at the time of appt, will they provide.

Can't guarantee. If they have one at the time of interview, they will provide. Else, good luck.

You should not really do this to get earlier appointment. If they detect such pattern, they can deny interview altogether by not providing the interpretor.
