L1 expired I-94 valid, invite parents

Hello

My husband is in the USA for past one year on L1 visa and I joined him approx. 10 months back on L2 visa. Both our Visas have expired but I-94 is valid till August 2013.

We are planning to invite my mother to visit us in the USA.

I have a few queries and would appreciate your help on them:

- Can we invite our parents when our L1 /L2 visas are expired and only I-94 is valid?

- My husband is paid only a daily allowance in US currency. He is apid indian salary in his indian bank account. I am not sure how will we fill up the finance details in the I-134 form.
