Parents visa rejected- can consultants help ?

Hi,

My brother had sent sponsorship papers from US.He is on H1B.

I had prepared all documents required from the visitor's side for my parents,very meticulously as per immi posts and suggestions.I appreciate all the guidance available tru this channel.

My parents visa was however rejected.I have given details also in experience section.

Now,We are planning to reapply for parents 2 nd time.

My question is that Will it help to get papers prepared thru the consultant this time? Or should I just try again with same set of documents.

Parents were rejected u/s 214b.

Any Suggestions are welcome.

I do not think going through a consultant will help you. My suggestion would be to prepare once again in detail. Read the discussions in the forum, post any questions, and hope to get visas the next time. All the best from me.

Most consultants don't know much. Charge lot of money.
