CAn we ask for a Telugu translator at Chennai

Hi,

I ahve been trying for a Telugu appointment fr my parents for teh past 3 months. I booked an appointment for my parents last month and cancelled it because of some personal reason. Since I could not wait any longer, Last week I found an english appointment at chennai. But today I found a Telugu Appointment in Hyd.

Since I cannot cancel the current one, Can my parents try for a translator before the interview?

If so, please tell me how to do that?

Any information in this regard is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately that is not guaranteed. They can request the VFS person for it, but one cannot say if it will be available.
