Business travel on B1/B2

Hi

I had applied for a tourist visit to US for a personal vacation.I got my visa approved with a stamping of B1/B2
Now, there is a requirement for me to travel to US for business as well. Can I travel on this visa for business trip? And is there any possibility for me to continue with my business trip in US after my vacation in US is over?
My vacation is for a period of 20 days approx.

Yes, you can. That is why, they give combined B1/B2.
