B2 Visa rejected

Hello,

My father's VISA has been rejected 2 days ago. I and my brother stay in USA. My mother passed away in June this year. My father has rental properties and agricultural lands in India. Documentation is perfect. My brother is sponsoring his trip. The last question VO asked was the date when my mother passed away. Please help me with your suggestions.

Thanks for the reply. We showed strong financial ties to India. But the VO did not look at any documents. Will travelling to other countries like Dubai, Singapore help in anyway?
