Hello,

I came to USA on June 2010 , now I am processing visitor visa for my parents.

1) My parents are residing at my brother's home in Chennai, but they got the passport just 3 months back and the residence address showing in that is Andhra Pradesh..will there be any issues when we apply for the telugu visa interview in Chennai consulate by selecting the residence state as Tamil Nadu.

2) I have sponsored the visitor visa for my Mother-in-law twice in the past three months and she did not get the visa, will there be any impact if my parents attend for the visa interview in this month.

2. As long as you are financially capable of sponsoring your parents, that's not a problem.
