Self Sponsorship for Visitors visa

Hello,

Is it possible for parents to show proof of finances on their own when they apply for visitors visa?
Is showing around 25 lakh rupees in bank; plus around 50 lakh in stocks, bonds, etc.. plus having a business in India plus real-estate of worth around 50 lakh sufficient to show enough finances for the trip to USA?

Is it required to show sponshorsip from daughter/son in the USA; or is it ok to show that the visitor will self-finance the trip?

Do enough people do this? Is this risky?

What should parents answer if asked why are you self-sponsoring and why is your son/daughter not sponsoring you?

Also, if the parents have finances to self-sponsor is it still better for the son/daughter to sponsor OR is it better for the parents to sponsor themselves?

If my parents want to show selfsponsorship for visitor visa to USA,
1)How much balance is required to show in Bank ?
2)How much money is good in stocks, bonds ,realestate?

Is showing a bank balance of about 5 lakh Rs. per person and other assets(stocks,bonds,real estate)of about 75 lakh Rs. sufficient?

There is no such rule or limit.

Those amounts look good but be sure to show the proof that you didn't deposit that money overnight.
