Getting appointment at early dates

Hi,

My parents are planning to reapply again for visitor's visa after 1 month gap.

1) Provided that we can somehow arrange an early date thru some consultant,what would be the possible reply to the question if asked by Visa interview officer:

" How did you get the appointment so soon? Did you buy it?"

2) Is 1 month gap between 2 interviews sufficient to reapply i.e. the sooner one applies after refusal of visa the better or the more time gap we provide between 2 interview dates is better ??

1. I don't think consultants can get you dates any faster than you getting on your own.
If he is really doing something that should not be done, and if you are caught, you could be in big trouble.
