Visitor Visa - Help Needed (Special Questions)

I have some specific question's reg visitor visa and wanted a clarification on it. I am going to sponsor my mother for visa and she is about 67 years in age.

1. My H1 B I94 is expiring by Feb 2012. If i apply a visitor visa now , will there be any query on the purpose of visit of my visitor considering that i have visa less than 6 months ? Will be able to justify them ? What can be a possible justification.

2. Can i accompany a person with visitor visa , into the US at port of entry ?

I plan to go back to India and bring my mother along with me when i am back. Will there be any problems at port of entry ?

3. Third case is , if i am entering a new location in US , say i was in NY and i am going to SFO. Can i take the visitor along with me at port of entry ? Will there be a problem or whether he be able to find out that i am new to that city ?

1. That's fine.
2. As long as you are traveling with her at the same time, you can accompany her at the port of entry as both of you will be in the same line.
3. That's OK. You can enter from anywhere.
