Applying for Mom's visa

hello

We are going to apply for my Mom's visa - my husband would be the sponsor. We are here on L1 (L1 has expird and I-94 is valid for another 1.5 yrs).

My Mom is a widow and I am the only child. She has her own house in India and a good bank balance. But she is not working - no source of income. When we are in India, she stays with us.

I am pregnant and the main reason she is travelling is for the delivery.

Please suggest as to how should she prepare for the VISA interview and any special papers / documents she should carry along?
