EOS and AOS

hi.. a friend of mine went in the USA about two years ago. He was questioned by the immigration officer.but then after, he was given two months to stay in USA and stamped NO EOS and AOS. What does this mean?? can he still visit USA?? need your immediate response. thank you!!

extension/change of status.

If he left on or before his I-94 date and submitted the I-94 to airline officials, he should be fine. If he still has travel plans as a bonafide visitor he can certainly visit again.

thanks for the reply.. how can we check his visa status? if the visa was cancelled or what??

It there is something written on the Visa (canceled or CWOP) or if he left after the I-94 or if he did not submit the I-94 to the airline officials.
