  • Ques regarding docs

    Hi!
My mother-in-law will be going for interview next month. She does not understand english so we have asked for interpretor. My question is, as she doesn't know english she can't understand the documents. If the officer asks her for a particular document can she give him the whole file or so he can take a look?
Anyone with similar situation pls advice what is the best approach.
    Thanks,
    Naina

I am not so sure if giving the whole file to the VO would be a great idea.

If she's not understanding english, who's providing those english documents to her? I think whomsoever is providing can prepare a short description of what's that particular document for in your native language, and put this short desc in a post-it note on top of the document. You get the idea here I hope.
