  • Help: Can I sponsor my kids?

I'm a Japanese man living in Japan and have two daughters, 10 y.o. and 7 y.o., living in the Philippines.
The kids have a Philippine passport and I have a Japanese passport.

Their mother, my ex-wife, lives in the US and wants to invite the kids and me to the US for about three weeks next year.
But the US Embassy in Manila did not accept her as a sponsor for our daughters because of her financial status.

My question is whether I can be their sponsor during our stay in the US.
And if I can, what documents should I send to my agent in the Philippines so she can apply for visitor visa for my kids?

My agent in the Philippines already received these documents from my ex-wife:
    Form I-134
Letter to US Embassy in Manila
    Invitation Letter
Identification, relationship, and legal status documents

    Having read this page, https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visitor...sor-documents/
I guess I need to submit the below documents to the US Embassy in Manila. Am I correct?
    Employment letter
    Pay stubs
    Bank letter
    Bank statements
    Income tax documents
Identification, relationship, and legal status documents

I'd appreciate it if somebody could answer my questions.

You don't need to send those documents to the U.S. Embassy.

You would carry them with you at your visa interview.
