Reg.Business Visa ( Help Needed )

Hi Friends,

I am planning to visit US Consulate, Chennai for B1 ( Visa for Business ).

Problem is, I have been rejected F1 ( Student Visa ) Visa around 18 months back.

I am worried whether that would effect my current B1 requirement.

Please tell me what kinda questions I can expect and how to answer them???
