Mom will self-sponsor her visa - need guidance

Hi

We are in USA temporarily and as a result od not have a strong bank balance in USA account.

We are planning to call my mom to visit USA and also help us with the delivery in January.

We have decided that my mom should self sponsor her VISA. I have a few questions:

1. What all documents do we need to provide? As per your website, an invitation letter and our I-94 status should be enough. Please confirm.

2. My mom is a widow and has been an home-maker her own life. I am her only child. She has no source of income, other than interest on savings / FDRs in the bank. She has enough savings and bank balance plus a house of her own. Would this be enough to support her self-sponsor? Please guide.
