Urgent! Regarding visa appointment date

Hi ,

We booked appoinment date for parents in sep 1st week.
Before we gave details to some consulting in chennai.yesterday they try to book appoinment then it says its alreday booked.
Will this cause any problem to my parents when they went for visa.

Any one has any idea about it?
Expecting help from immihelp soon.....
