I am sending the Visitor visa documents for my parents. What are all the documents do I have to notarize?

I-134 ---- YES
AFFIDAVIT for Father ---- ?
AFFIDAVIT for Mother ----?
Employment Letter ----?
Invitation letter to visitor ---?
Letter to Consulate -- ?
