I read in one of the thread traffic about electronic DS 156 and generatiing barcode.
I downloaded a DS 156 that was fillable. Im planning to use the same and take printouts.
Should the form, DS 156 has a barcode generated? The form i have just has the word, "BARCODE" in the space meant for barcode? Can this form be submitted to US Consulate? Let me know
