I am on H1B visa here & I want to get my parents for 6months on Visitor Visa.
My mom got Passport very recently & here is the issue:
In my passport mother's name shows as her
<First Name > <Last Name after marriage>
where as in her passport her name is:
<First Name> <Middle Name> <Last Name Before Marriage>
- while filling in the Passport application they missed to submit the affidavit of name
change after marriage, so her name shows with Last name at Birth, where as in my passport
her last name is the Last name after it was changed.
- Mother's name in my Passport dont have the Middle name.
Will this be an issue when she goes for the Visitor Visa stamping OR/AND at the port of entry?
