Visa sponspership for Brother.

Hello ,

I am planning to sponsper my brother for a visitor visa (he has been rejected twice already) as one of our cousins is getting married here in the US. My uncle (my mom's brother) is sending the invitaion letter and the US consulate letter, and I am planning to send the sponspership related paper work.

Is this acceptable? or should I be sending all the paperwork , including the invitation letter and US consulate letter?

It does not matter who pays for his trip. Anybody with sufficient funds can do it.
He will have to convince the officers that he will return after the wedding. Having property, family, job ties to the home country helps. Unfortunately the previous denials are going to affect this application. Being truthful, confident and genuine in the interview also helps more than any documents. If previous application was related to the same trip, he should be prepared to answer the question 'what new evidence do you have' right away.
