Need some suggestions

Hi ,

I am on L1 B visa staying in Texas. I am planning to bring my mother to US (she is staying alone )before i go back to india and also my I-94 expires on sep-2012

I tried twice for stamping and it got rejected with reason as 214 B, and a reason that two children are staying in US , no proof that you will come back.

This is the only question he asked and no more questions or validations of documents.

Same happend for twice. Can anyone please let me know sme tips pr ways to get this done.
