Alien Registration #?

I am US citizen, just got married in US. My wife still has a visitor Visa.
I need to apply greencard for her. I am preparing the I-130 form but, I don't know what to put for the Alien Registration number on the I-130 form for here. I don't know where to look for this number, or I have do something else before I send the I-130 form?

Someone please help me on this please...

People on visitor visa do not have A number. Leave it blank.
