misplace of original birth certifictae

Hi,
My parents got their visa on 25 of this month. They received their passport but their were no original birth certficate or marriage certificate with it. Can any one help me what shall i do?

Consulate does not keep all those documents with them. They should have given back to you at the time of interview itself. May be your parents forgot to collect. Contact TTS/VFS regarding this.
