Should I apply together with my brother?

My brother and I are both government employees, are engaged and go to college, we were wondering, what would be better in order to get visa, if applying separately or together? Thanks in advance

One application per family.

Family = Husband + Wife + Children under 18.

Two brothers is not the same family.
