My Mother-in-law visiting visa is refused under 214(b)
insufficiant documents- did not convince the Visa Officer that applicant return back to home country. No case number is assinged and gave passport back.
reason for refusal:
You did not convince the consular officer that you satify all of the requirements of the law. All visa applicants must convince the consular officer that :
- they intend to leave the usa following temparary stay
-their financial situation is such that they can afford the trip without having to seek unauthorized employement in the US and
- the travel is for legitimate purposes permitted by the applicant 's visa category
Do I need to take fresh interview for her? is there any timeline/gap to take for second time?
Thanks much.
