I-134 urgent

Hi

I have a question regarding I-134 (1). I m sponsering for my father-in-law's visa. I m on H1 visa. What shuld I write for 1(d) where it says if a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the united states & give A number. Since I m lawfully entered Usa. Do i need to write there H1 & then the A number (which is on notice of action )

You are NOT permanent resident. You are temporary worker in US.
