Rejection U/s 214B

Hi Guys,

My parents were rejected U/s 214b.My father is retired and has only intrest income.

My brother had sent I 134 and all docs as per this site.We had shown sufficient bank balance and immovable properties.However,the VO said that we dont have sufficient money to travel abroad.

How else can we convince the VO that we have sufficient money to travel abroad as we have immovable property.My parents were rejected since income is low about 1 lac p.a.and its only intrest income.

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated as my parents have another interview scheduled soon !!

is inaccurate.

If you have immovable property does not mean you have sufficient money. Are you going to sell it to get money?

Since your brother is sponsering the trip, I bet the reason for the rejection is not the only fact that your parents dont have sufficient money to travel. I guess the VO would not have satisfied with your parents' evidence towards proving their ties with home. I know a case where my friend's parents' had interest/rent of Rs2k per month, and that's their only income, but they showed family and home/land property as their strong ties with home, and finally got the visa. This is just my personal opinion.
