Hi all,
My parents have attended the visa interview twice in the past couple of years and got rejected both the times. The reason was insufficient income. Now my father is retired (He was a state govt employee) and my mom is a house wife.
I'm in health care working on H1B visa and I make very less amount annually.
My best friend who is a US citizen (was Nepali) and works for US Navy and who is in a very good financial status, offered to sponsor the visa and related expenses to my parents. The main purpose of my parents visit would be purely tourism apart from meeting me.
My quesions are:
1) Is it a good idea for some one to sponsor my parents when i'm living and working in US?
2) What relationship should my friend show with my parents?
3) Since my friend is sponsoring should my parents carry their bank accounts information?
