Hello,

I need information on two things:

1. My parents visited me this summer and when they left my mom realized in india that i-94 is still with her. They have mailed everything to the London KY office at the address suggested on immihelp. There is no phone number to track if they got her i-94 or not. How do i find out about this? Please suggest.

2. A visitor from india wants to apply at the mumbai consulate in December. I am visiting the vfs website , but the dates are not available. Is there a way to find out if they can schedule for december now?

All you could do was send it by the method that you can track such as registered mail, certified mail with return receipt etc. There is no other way.

2.
The only way to find out about the available dates is to go through VFS web site. You should keep looking there.
