Visa Status Change Help

Hi Everyone,

1. I have been issued B1/B2 visa from Australia. On my I94 it says B2.
I entered on 18th of Feb 2005 and visa is valid till august 18th 2005.

2. I would like to apply for either F1 or H1B or Business Visa. Is it possible to
do so?

3. I believe i need extension of my B2 visa from Aug to October 2005(to get
H1B).

4. What would be the appropriate reason to get it extended?

5. Can I still apply for either H1B/F1 or Business Visa while waiting for answer
for approval of my extension of B2 Visa?
OR
6. Can I still apply for H1B and leave USA and wait for the approval while in
Australia and then comeback next time on approved H1B visa?
